The Commissioner General, in accordance with Section 65 and 66 of the Tax Administration Act, may impose penalty fines for failure to file Green Tax return and/or pay Geen Tax by the required deadline, and the penalty fines will become a due to the State if and when the Commissioner General determines the penalty fine.
