Submit a copy of the applicant’s National ID Card or an official photographic identity document, a copy of the lawyer’s National ID Card or an official photographic identity document and a copy of the Lawyer’s License together with this form.
The lawyer being appointed must not be the legal representative of any other party questioned under the ongoing investigation, and must not have any role or involvement in the ongoing investigation.
Upon appointment of the lawyer, once MIRA informs the applicant of the date and time of the Summon, the same will be deemed notified to the lawyer as well.
