As part of the 16th Anniversary celebrations, MIRA has recognized outstanding taxpayers across various sectors for their significant contributions and commitment to tax compliance. A special “Ran Laari” Award was presented to 19 taxpayers. This award was given as part of a special ceremony held to mark MIRA’s 16th Anniversary, and was presented by the Chief Guest, Minister of Finance and Public Enterprises, Mr. Hassan Zareer.

The awards were presented to taxpayers who made the highest tax contributions in 2025 under the respective tax laws and demonstrated a strong commitment to timely compliance with their tax obligations. To ensure taxpayer confidentiality and privacy, MIRA has not disclosed the amounts paid by the award recipients. Prior to presenting the awards, MIRA carried out the necessary due diligence to ensure that there were no outstanding matters that would affect the recipients from receiving the awards.
