The Green Tax returns (MIRA 501 and MIRA 502) and information sheet have been revised to version 25.1.
Taxpayers registered for Green Tax are required to submit this new version of the returns and information sheet for periods beginning on or after 1 January 2025.
The new versions of the returns reflect changes in light of the exemption from green tax granted to children under the age of 2 years, under the 14th amendment to the Maldives Tourism Act.
